Q. I am happy with my child’s picture and would like to order more prints. How do I do so? A. Use the re-order form enclosed with your pictures and mail it back in the business reply envelope included.
A. Yes! Teachers and assistants help to ensure your child is sitting up straight & looking his or her best.
A. No problem! At Schoolcraft, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your child’s portrait. If you are unhappy with the portrait; please return it to the photographer on retake day, and we will retake your child’s portrait. When retakes are delivered to the school, you will receive the same package you originally ordered. Please remember to return your package or the photographer on retake day or he will not know what you ordered.
A. Fill out all the information on the envelope as well as your mailing address, enclose payment and send it to our studio. We will gladly send the photos to your home.
A. If the package you receive is missing something, please call our office. One of our representatives will assist in making sure we provide you with the correct package.
A. Yes, Schoolcraft takes pride in being involved with each and every school we photograph. In most cases, a portion of total picture sales will be returned to the school as a part of a fund-raiser.
A. Yes, if you wish to have your children’s portraits taken together, we will work with you. We ask that you make a note of it on your payment envelope and also have your children notify their teachers.
A. An add-on is an item that you can add to the package you have chosen. For example, if you are purchasing Package A and need an additional 8x10, you can add an 8x10 to your package. Please remember, add-ons cannot be purchased alone, it must be added to a package. Q. On my order form it gives me the option to add a “vignette” to my portrait. What is a vignette? A. A vignette is a fade (either black or white) that appears on the edges of the photo. For example, if the background is blue and you add a white vignette to your photo, the background remains blue but a white fade will appear around your child’s portrait. Please see examples in our portrait gallery that you can find under the Prospective Schools link.
A. If you decide to have your photo retouched, all blemishes and excess shine will be removed from the student’s face.
